These Terms & Conditions apply to every owner, manager or authorised party who lists and provides accommodation through the Cameron4U application (“Host/Vendor”).
By registering a Property on Cameron4U, the Host/Vendor confirms that they have read, understood and agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.
1. Host / Vendor Registration
1.1 Eligibility
The Host/Vendor must have the lawful right, permission or authority to rent out or provide the Property to Guests.
The Host/Vendor must not list any Property without permission from the owner or the party that holds rights over that Property.
1.2 True Information
The Host/Vendor must give true, accurate, complete and up-to-date information about the Property.
Any misleading, false or deliberately hidden information may lead to the listing being suspended or removed from Cameron4U.
2. Property Information
Every Host/Vendor must give the following information before a Property can be listed:
2.1 Property Address
The Host/Vendor must give the full and correct address of the Property.
Cameron4U will show the Property's location using the map feature in the application.

House rules may cover:

The Host/Vendor must set the security deposit amount for the Property if a deposit is needed.
The amount must be shown to Guests before they book.
The Host/Vendor must not charge any additional security deposit that was not stated or agreed through Cameron4U, except where Cameron4U's policies allow it.

The Host/Vendor must not cancel a confirmed Booking without a reasonable excuse.
If the Host/Vendor cancels a Booking without an excuse accepted by Cameron4U, Cameron4U may take action against the Host/Vendor.
11.1 Cancellation Penalty
As a general principle, if the Host/Vendor cancels a confirmed Booking without a reasonable excuse, the Host/Vendor may be charged a penalty equal to two (2) times the amount the Guest paid for that Booking.
Example:
Guest's Booking amount: RM500
The Host cancels the Booking without a reasonable excuse.
Penalty: RM1,000
Cameron4U may use the penalty, among other things, to cover the Guest's refund, the cost of finding alternative accommodation or other reasonable losses caused by the cancellation.
Cameron4U may decide how to apply the penalty based on the circumstances of the case.
11.2 Refund to Guest
If the Host/Vendor cancels a Booking, Cameron4U may arrange a refund to the Guest based on the amount the Guest paid and Cameron4U's policies.
Any refund to the Guest may be taken into account when deciding the amount the Host/Vendor must bear.
11.3 Alternative Accommodation
Where suitable and available, Cameron4U may help the Guest find alternative accommodation.
Any additional costs caused by the Host/Vendor's cancellation may be claimed from the Host/Vendor, subject to the circumstances and Cameron4U's policies.

12. Property Not as Advertised
If the Property given to the Guest is materially different from the listing shown on Cameron4U, the Host/Vendor is responsible for taking suitable action to resolve the problem.
For example:

- advertised facilities are missing;
- the Property cannot be lived in;
- the Property's condition is very different from the photos;
- the Property is not clean or not safe; or
