Service & delivery policy
Cameron4U is a booking service for homestays and motorbike rentals in Cameron Highlands. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
What you buy
A booking: the stay at the homestay, or the motorbike rental, on the dates and times you booked. The price shown before you pay is the full price.
Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through. The confirmation appears at once in the app and on the website (Trips) and is sent to your e-mail address.
How the service is delivered
- Homestays: the exact address is shown in your trip once the booking is confirmed. Check in from the check-in time on your booking, either with the owner or with the self check-in instructions shown in your trip on the check-in day.
- Motorbikes: pick the motorbike up at the shop (or have it delivered where the shop offers it) on the booked day. Bring a valid licence; the shop checks it at pick-up.
- Messages with the owner or shop go through Cameron4U so there is a record.
