How Cameron4U vendors get paid
Payouts go to your bank account after the guest checks in, less 15% commission. Your MyKad and bank account must be verified first.
Steps
- Upload your MyKad and bank statement in vendor mode, as in how to become a vendor.
- Wait for the Cameron4U team to verify the documents.
- Receive a booking. The guest pays in full to Cameron4U.
- Your earnings become ready 1 day(s) after check-in, at 10:00 am.
- Cameron4U sends the payout to your bank account. Check the amount in the Account tab in the app, or on the Earnings page on the website.
How much you receive
Payout = booking price − 15% commission + extras the guest paid + approved deposit claims − penalties, if any.
Early check-in and late check-out go to you in full.
Common questions
Why is my payout held? Usually your MyKad or bank account is not verified yet, or the name on the account does not match. Check your documents and contact Cameron4U.
I want to change my bank account. Upload a new bank statement in vendor mode. It needs to be verified first.
What if a guest cancels? The part not returned to the guest goes to you, less commission, on the original payout date.
