How to cancel a Cameron4U booking and get a refund
Cancel from the Trips tab. It is free within 12 hours of paying. After that, the refund depends on how early you cancel.
Steps
- Open the Trips tab and choose your booking.
- Press Cancel booking. The screen shows the amount you will get back before you confirm.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- If asked, enter a bank account for the refund. Use an account in your own name.
- Follow the status in your booking: Waiting for your bank details, Processing, then Sent to your bank.
How much comes back
Free cancellation: within 12 hours of paying and before check-in, everything is returned.
After that:
- 30 days or more before check-in: 80% of the booking price back
- 14 days or more before check-in: 50% of the booking price back
- Later than that: 0% of the booking price back
Also:
- Security deposit and tourism tax: returned in full.
- A paid early check-in or late check-out: returned.
- Service fee, if any: not returned after the free cancellation period.
If the vendor cancels, you get everything back.

Why do you need my bank account? FPX payments are refunded by bank transfer, not to the original payment method.
When does the money arrive? Follow the status in your booking. After Sent to your bank, the time it takes depends on your bank.
