How to pay for a Cameron4U booking with FPX
Choose your bank, log in on your bank's secure page and confirm the payment. The booking is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds.
Cameron4U takes payment by FPX (online banking) through Billplz. You pay on your own bank's page, and Cameron4U never sees your banking password.
Steps
- Finish the booking details and press Continue.
- On the payment screen, choose your bank from the list. If it is not there, choose Other bank.
- Press the pay button. Your bank's page opens.
- Log in to your bank account and confirm the payment.
- You return to Cameron4U, and the booking shows Confirmed.
Common questions
How long are the dates held? 10 minutes. After that the dates are released and you need to book again.
The bank page does not open in the app. Go back to the payment screen and press Open in browser.
The payment failed. No booking is made. You can try again before the time runs out, or choose another bank.
The money was taken but the booking is not confirmed. Wait a few minutes and refresh the Trips page. If it is still not confirmed, contact Cameron4U with your booking code.
I paid twice. The system detects it and the second payment is returned.
