How to check in and check out of a Cameron4U homestay

Standard: in at 3:00 pm, out at 12:00 pm
Flexi: in at 12:00 pm, out at 9:00 am

Press Check in when you arrive and Check out when you leave, so the vendor knows. The full address and entry instructions are in the Trips tab.

Steps

Once your booking is confirmed, open the Trips tab and choose it. The full address and map are there.
Follow the home's check-in method. Self check-in: instructions such as the key box code appear on the check-in day from 9:00 am. With the owner: the owner waits for you at your expected time.
When you arrive, press I have arrived · Check in in your booking. The vendor is told.
On the day you leave, pack up and press I have left · Check out once you are out. The vendor then knows the house is free.
After check-out you can write a review within 30 days.

The times depend on the homestay and are shown on the listing and your booking:

If you need more time, request an early check-in or late check-out in your booking. It costs RM 50 an hour when the night next to your stay is free.

When do I get my deposit back? The vendor has 48 hours after check-out to make a claim. Without a claim, the whole deposit is returned.

Something is wrong with the house. Message the vendor in the chat, or send a complaint from your booking.
